We do this through Community partnerships and training, social and behavioral Therapy, and providing educational Resources for everyone to learn and grow. Connecting neurodiverse individuals with resources to fill the gaps between home, school and community through collaboration with parents.

Cobilynn Rogers

CTR Supports Executive Director

Cobilynn is an entrepreneur, she built other companies before she co-founded CTR Supports. Cobilynn volunteered as the Autism Council of Utah’s Fundraising Co-Chair for 4years. She owned a fundraising volunteer organization for those in need for 7years. Cobilynn is a mother of 4 children, 3 have different neurodiverse diagnosis. All 4 are her why behind the passion to make CTR Supports succeed

Taryn Nicksic-Springer PhD, BCBA-D, NCSP, Licensed Psychologist & Behavior Analyst

CTR Supports Clinical Director

Taryn, is a doctoral level licensed educator, school psychologist and behavior analyst.  She holds certifications as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D) and National Certified School Psychologist (NCSP).  She has worked for over two decades helping individuals with disabilities and their families improve the quality of their lives. She has worked in a variety of settings from residential, vocational, school and hospital settings. Her clinical specialties are autism, developmental disabilities, and communication disorders. Taryn completed her Bachelors in Psychology and Sociology at Southern Utah University, and completed both her Master’s in Education from the University of Utah with an emphasis in Severe Disabilities and PhD in School Psychology.   Her doctoral dissertation was entitled: Using technology to deliver home-based applied behavior analysis to children in foster care with autism.
